(1) Can you do a sample for me?

Yes, we can make you a sample for your approval, but there is a sample charge, which will be returned after it reaches a certain quantity.

(2) How can we get a quote?

We will offer you the best quote after we get the product specifications such as color, quantity, etc.

(3) Can I send through a design I’d like to get made ?

Of Course.If you've got something in mind just let us know and we'll take a look and get started on it for you.

(4) Can you help with design?

We have a standard template available and would be more than happy to explain what works best.

(5).How can you guarantee your quality?

Normally we will send you a sample to confirm everything first. We will have according to your confirmed sample for bulk

production.

(6).Do you accept returns or exchanges ?

We design our products to bring quality and performance to our customers' active life. We feel the same way about customer service.If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us directly by email for assistance.

(7): What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time?

For small order, by express like DHL,UPS,TNT FedEx etc, about 3-7 days.

For big order, by air about 7-12 days, by sea about 15-35 days.

(8）Which port can be chosen for delivery?

Mainly Shenzhen, or other domestic place will be fine too.

(9) How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by going directly to the links provided by our customer service via

email.Please note that you should have the order number and email address to track the order status. We will email the tracking number to you.

(10) Do I need to pay the sales tax?

No, there is no sales tax on our site.
