1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are an integration of industry and trade. Our own factory mainly produces plastic and silicone products, and we also sourcing other products of different materials for our customers.

2. Can you help customers develop products?

A: Yes, we can develop new projects based on the customer's 3D Drawing or Idea. We have a product development team to help customers from appearance design to mold development.

3. What qualifications does your factory have?

A: We have certifications that comply with international standards such as ISO90001 2015, BSCI and Disney.

4.  How do you control quality?

A: Our products are fully inspected by workers during the production process, followed by QC random inspections and documentation. Every new product will be sent to SGS for testing. The Chinese government will also conduct random inspections to inspect the quality very strictly.

5.How do you serve Amazon customers?

A: We have our own designed products and can provide small quantities wholesale

6. Do you have fast delivery capability?

A: Yes, our factories and suppliers respond quickly and actively cooperate with customers' delivery dates. Normally, we arrange the delivery plan to deliver on time. For gift orders or special orders with a very urgent delivery date, we will expeditiously process them to help customers deliver them within the required time. We have a wealth of experience in handling urgent orders for brand customers.

7. Do you have after-sales service?

A: Yes, if the complaint is caused by our production quality, we will actively respond, reply customer messages in time and help to solve the problem.
