Q1. Are you Manufacture or trading company?

We're a metal Jewelry & Souvenir items factory for more than 10 years.

Q2. What’s your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)

For our stock products, MOQ is 10pcs.

For customized design order, MOQ is 50pcs or 500pcs, depends on the design.

Q3. May i have any discount?

Yes. We will give you good discount according to your order's quantity.

Q4.What’s the normal package way?

The normal package is 1pc/opp bag, then 50pcs in a bubble bag, and into the 7 levels export carton box, do not over 18kgs/carton.

We can do customized packaging, like gift bags, gift box with your brand name.

Q5. How should I pay for the order?

You can pay by T/T, Paypal, Western Union are acceptable.
