Q2.How fast can i get the quotation? 

A2:We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will reply your inquiry priority.

Q3.How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

A3:After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

We can make an Trade assurance order on Alibaba for your sample order. After we received your payment, we will send out the sample.

If you are interested in it, please just start order with the quantity you need, and fill up the correct address information. we

will confirm it for you ASAP. Once we get the payment, we will send out the cargo to the address you leave.

Q4.How do you ship the goods and how long it will take?

A4:We normally make shipment by UPS, Fedex, TNT or DHL, etc. Which usually takes about 3-15 working days.

Q5.Why your shipping cost is expensive than product cost?

A5:Our product are mainly bulky cargo. So shipping cost is normally expensive than product cost.

Q6. Do you acceptance LOGO printing on products and package?

A6:Yes, for mass order, we accept your LOGO on products and package, but for sample will be confirmed with each other.

Q7.What about the lead time for mass production?

A7:Our standard production period is 30 days after receiving deposit and confirmed the package detail of order.

Q8.What is your terms of delivery? 

A8:We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q9.What's your shipping service?

A9:We can arrange you transportation, we have our own shipping and express company, or we can use your forwarder.
