1):Can you send Free samples for quality check?

-Yes. In most cases, East Eagle can provide samples for Free.

2):How does your factory apply quality control? 

- Before production, Ningbo Shinny has a meeting with all management people to confirm all hat details.

- We have a dedicated QC process for hat production, which regulates and focuses on every detail of the production process. 

- All the materials will be checked by sales and production management before using.

 - Each production line has a team leader to monitor quality. 

- Specialized quality controller check quality on finished products. Ningbo Shinny will keep you posted on the updated order status in time.

3): Why is your product so cost-effective?

4):Can I order samples before mass production? 

-Yes, of course. We charge you based on your design. After receiving your payment, we will make a sample of your hat and take a photo for your reference. If you would like to see the actual sample cap, we can send you the sample by mail at your expense.

5):How soon can I get the samples?

-For simple design samples, it usually takes 5-7 days to make samples. If it is a complex design, such as digital printed fabric, embossed logo and so on to take longer.

6):Payment-Support: T/T ,LC,Trade Assurance,Western Union,Paypal and so on .

--Bulk order: 50% deposit in advance after confirmed order, 50% balance payment before shipment.
