Q2: How long after I place my order will I receive the goods?

A2: If in stock, the goods will generally be ready and given to the shipping company to arrange shipping within 7 working days. If the order quantity is large, we will inform the goods preparation time according to the actual production situation of the factory.

Q3: How are the goods transported? How long is the shipping time?

A3: Transport options: express / sea / rail / postal, etc.

Different transport options have different transport times.

We will let you know the transport time corresponding to the transport option when quote.

Q4: Can I print my logo on product?

A4: Yes. Please contact us and let us know the detailed requirements for customization, and the factory can customize the items according to your requirements. (custom LOGO, custom style, custom packaging, sticker label, etc.)

Q5: What if the product has quality problems?

A5: Our products are tested and the defective rate is low. If you receive defective products, you can take photos to confirm and contact me to solve it.
