Q1:What's the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?  

In general,MOQ is 10 PCS.

EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP,DDP.

Q3:How can i get a sample?

We can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds. the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. while the samples cost can be refundable after you place the order.

Q4:Is it ok to print my logo on the product?

Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample,we can do the OEM/ODM service.

Q5:Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q6:How is an order processed ?  

1. Confirm the quantity, specification, price and freight for goods

2. Provide consignee information: detailed address, mobile number, postcode  

3. We'll draw up the order for you.

4. You can make payment by T/T, Western union, Ali credit insurance payment.

5. We will arrange your order after receive your payment.
