Q3: What’s you MOQ? Can I order less than this in first order?

A: In fact, most of product MOQ is 300 PCS. We can meet your needs in first order, it depends on your design and material. Please

Q5: How long is your delivery time?

A: Commonly it is 2-5 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to

quantity.

Q6: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we offer the free sample for old customer but freight will be offered by customer.

Q7: What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T, L/C and D/P.

Q8: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: The goods would be shipped by Air (DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT and other International Express Companies) and Vessel. It usually

takes 3-5 days to arrive by air. Vessel usually takes around 35-45 days.
