1. Sample

Question: Can I ask for a sample?

Answer: We can provide sample, but you need pay the freight charge, and sample cost if necessary.

2. LOGO

Question: Can you print our logo on the product?

Answer: We can print your logo on the product, but you should provide logo artwork file in "AI" or "CDR" version. Pantone number needed if you have requirement for colors.

3. OEM / ODM

Question: Do you accept OEM / ODM?

Answer: Welcome for OEM / ODM project.

4. After-sales service

Question: How can I do with the complain from my customer?

Answer: Please show the problem to us with pictures, we will investigate then have meeting to discuss the issue, and give you solution, we are not only sales products but also offer after-sales service.
