Q1:  Dose the products have pass the EN71 and AZO test?

A1:  Yes, all items meet the Europe/USA standard and can pass the test.

Q2: What's the shipping method?

A2: Small order can be shipped by China post, EMS,DHL,UPS, Fedex etc. Bulk order can be shipped by sea, by train or by air.

Q3: What's the Payment method?

A3: T/T, Western union, Paypal, Moneygrm etc.,

For pre-order we accept 30% deposit before production, the rest will be paid against copy of the B/L.

Q4: Can we use our logo/tags on your products?

A4: Sure, the MOQ is 200pcs per item.

Q5: Is the price including the shipping cost?

A5: The price is EXW price, it's not including the shipping cost. Shipping cost depends on your order quantity.
