1.How to order?

1)Please feel free to contact us by e-mail(recommend), fax, tel etc as you want to order.

2)We will send you proforma invoice for you confirmation. You need to sign on it and send back to us by e-mail or fax.

3)You transfer deposit payment for your order, and send us the bank bill for our confirming.

4)Size and color : as the website picture standard shows or custom requirements.

2.What about your products quality?

1)Our products material are use of Plato and the standard meeting international safety standards.

2)Our workers have above 8 years sewing experiences,their technique are excellent in the inflatable field.

3)Our quality department workers will strictly check the finished toys one by one, so our products quality has a good reputation in our customers. After production finish, we will send finished photos for confirmation.

4)Technique:triple & four stitching everywhere and reinforcement in area of high tear and corner by best material pvc strip.

5)Warranty: 2 years (under the use normal conditions and according to the use of material of the toys ).

3.What about the terms of payment?

We accept the payment methods as TT, Western Union ,cash and Letter of credit (only for orders more than $50000).50% down payment before production, and 50% balance shall be paid before shipping.

4.How about the delivery time?

According to the order quantity, and received deposit and design confirmed by custom, normally 3 days per piece. And the large quantity takes about 30 days.

5.What about your products price?

We are original manufacturer and have own factory,so the price is a competitive wholesale price.

6.How about the shipping?

Shipping methods: by sea, by air, by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX), is available for customers. And the freight charge can be prepaid or collected. By courier or by air: about 3~5 working days after goods on plane. By sea: about 25 working day.
