1. Can I place a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable Please contact our sales for a stock list.

2. What about the lead time?

A: A sample order requires 3-5 days, mass production time 2-3 weeks, depending on the purchase quantity and product's styles

3. Do you have any MOQ for custom order?

A: Yes, we do have a MOQ for custom designs. It depends on the specific designs. So please contact us for more details

4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Samples will by Fedex, DHL, UPS or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.

B: Bulk order will by ship and it usually takes 20-30 days to arrive.

5. How is an order processed?

A: Confirmed the item's quality through samples

B: Confirmed the unit price through our official quotation file

C: We will create an order for you through Email and then the payment link will be sent to you

D: when we get your deposit payment, the production will be started

E: T/T payment way is available too

6. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A: Yes. we have our own UV printing machines, so can add your logo on each item or package bags

8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, our products are made with strict quality control to ensure that each piece you receive is golden piece. 

Secondly, for any defective product, we will offer you credit, replacement or refund.
