1. Can I mix models or colors?

Of course, mixing orders or colors is acceptable. You can tell us your help through the contact details above.

2. Is there a discount for bulk orders?

Yes, we will consider your quantity and give the discount accordingly. Please feel free to contact us.

3. Can your product be customized?

Yes, if you can meet our MOQ, the color, shape, brand logo, etc. of the products can be customized.

4. How could I get a sample?

Before we received the first order, please afford the sample cost and express fee. We will return the sample cost back to you within your first order.Samples will arrive within 7-10 days after shipment

5. When will my order be shipped?

Delivery time: 2-5 days for samples, 5-14 days for bulk orders.

6. How long is mass production?

Based on quantity, logo, and color. If you want a lot of customized products, the time will be extended by 5-10 days.

7. How to ensure product quality?

（1）Strict testing during production.

（2）Strict sampling inspection of products before shipment to ensure that the product packaging is intact. However, a defect score below 2% is considered normal and you may notice.

8. How is the shipment going?

All standard shipping is feasible for us, but the cost is different and we can discuss the details.
