2.If sample or order is small, we will send you by UPS, DHL, FEDEX, or TNT. The tracking number will be advised after delivery.

3.If order is large, we will advise you use Air Freight or Sea freight.

4.The balance payment should be paid before delivery to you.

5. Delivery time: about 5-15 workable days

Q: Do you accept sample order or trial order?

Yes, welcome to place a sample order or trial order.

Q: Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

Sure. We have a professional development team. And we've made OEM and ODM items for many customers. 

You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing. We will develop for you. As to the sample time is about 7-15 days.

Q: How do you ship the goods?

We arrange the shipment as customers' requested. For large quantity order, we advise to ship by sea, and for small quantity 

order, we advise to ship by courier company like DHL or UPS.

Q: What is your terms of payment? Do you accept Paypal? Do you accept Western Union?

We accept T/T, Paypal,Western Union payment method.

Q: Delivery time for goods!

For goods have stock in one 7-10 days.For goods need to produce about 40-50 days according to order quantity.
