What is lead time policy?

Normally for sample orders, it is 5-9 days after the receipt of order. For quantity customized material's and artwork printing 'order,

rely on certained quantity and artwork printing, normally 25-35 days.

Why you respond us the price not quick enough?

When you email item for price, please have detailed requirements like layout, size,colored artwork Logo, size material, quantity, Certificates. 

The best to ask our team to provide our data item list or catalogues.

What artwork or Logo format do you want best?

AI,EPS, CDR, DWG, DXF. If you want all of pictures and price list.We will have some of models with price list. It is difficult to have all of models and price list to you. It is not accurate price, because the price rely on quantity, size,artwork colors,Exchange rate.
