P2. What is your minimum quantity?

If you choose to purchase our inventory of products, the MOQ is 12 pieces each style.

If you choose OEM and ODM, the MOQ is 60-120 units depending on the design and material.

P3. How can I order?

1.Choose the product you like and submit an inquiry, we will reply to you within 24 hours.

2.Confirm the order and payment. We will send you a proforma invoice for your verification. Make the payment on Paypal,

western union or T / T.

3.We start your order and ship the products by UPS, FedEx, EMS, etc. Express time within 5 ~ 7 days.

4. Email you the tracking number.

P4. Do you accept OEM or ODM?

Yes, we accept ODM and OEM. We have our own design team, could help you to design the jewelry as your request

customized, such as color or style.

P5. Can you give me a sample to check the quality?

We provide existing samples free of charge but freight collect.

We will charge a sample fee according to the cost, after you order, we will

deduct the sample fee from the amount order.

P6. Can I get a discount?

Yes, for a large order and frequent customers, we will offer a reasonable discount.

Q7: How can I know your latest fashion party items?

We will send you regular quotes for our new products.

Q8: If quality problems happen, what should I do?

Email us or contact us about your issues. We will compensate or refund you. Anyway, we will

try our best to control the quality problem to less than 1%.
