A1: Yes, we are specialized in manufacturing Jewelry for over 10 years, which can offer you factory direct price with great quality nice jewelry.
Q2: Do you accept ODM or OEM?
A2: Yes, we accept ODM & OEM. We have our own design team and can help you to design the Jewelry as your customized requests.
Q3: How can we get a quote?
A3: Please offer the specification of the products, such the materials, sizes, shape, color, quantity, ect.
Q4: Can I have sample before my order?
A4: Yes, of course. Welcome to contact us to get the FREE SAMPLE.
Q5: What's the trade term and payment term?
A5: For Ready-To-Ship items, 100% of the total amount need to be paid before shipment; for custom order, 30%-50% of total amount to be paid as deposit and balance to be paid before shipment. Trade Assurance, Bank Transfer, Western Union, PayPal, Credit Card, etc. are all acceptable to pay for your orders.
Q6: What format design file required for LOGO printing?
A6: JPG, PNG, AI, PDF, CDR, the original are ok to do logo printing.
Q7: What about the lead time?
A7: For ready-to-ship items, orders can be shipped out to you in 1-5 working days after payment; for custom items, orders can be shipped out to you in 2-5 weeks after payment.
Q8: What shipping method can I choose?
A8: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, China Post (USPS), ePacket, ect. are acceptable; generally, shipped by express, it will take 3 to 5 working days to reach you; shipped by small packet, it will take about 7 to 35 days (it is mainly up to your area).
