Q1. Are you a factory ?

- Partial Yes, We have our own factory, and we also have plenty professional partners (that is why we almost can supply all kinds of socks)

Q2. Can you do customized designs and package ?

- Yes, OEM and ODM are both available, just send your artwork to us.

Q3. Can I have a sample?- Yes, we can offer free samples, you just need to pay the delivery.

- For custom socks, it takes about $ 80/style/color/size to create most of the models, but it is refundable after bulk order. 

Different material/size/technology means different quotation, just contact us for detail request.

- OEM sample time is about 7-15 days after design confirmed.

Q4. What is your payment method?

- We accept T/T,credit card,Paypal.

Q5. What is Delivery time for production?

- Normally it's 45-60 days after sample confirmed and deposit receipt.
