A: Sure! We can work out your design by your sample photo, real sample will be much better. And we're responsible for securing your design.

2.Q: Should we pay for the sample cost?

A:Well, we need charge sample fee with customer should take care of express cost. lf you place order next time in our company, we will return for you sample fee.

3.Q: What is your best price for this ?

A: The price of our products is calculated based on the specific design, material, and purchase volume. A rough quote will be estimated from the picture, and we will give an accurate price after sample production.

4.Q: how long is your sample time and mass production time?

A: The sample time is usually 7 working days after receiving the sample fee; or depends on the difficulty of your sample design, the material and the quantity.

5.Q: What is our FOB port?

A: Our usual FOB port is NINGBO port.

6.Q: What is your terms of delivery?

A:EXW FOB CNF CIF DDU are ok for us.lf the MOQ for each design is too high for your first order, please contact us.
