Q1:How long is the lead time for samples?

A:Mostly ship the same day or next day, ship way: by DHL/Fedex/UPS, takes about 3-8 days on the way. We can also send to your Agency's or your Partner's place.

Q2:Could I get some samples?

A:Yes,free samples can supply if you can afford the freight charges.

Q3:Do you have your own factory ?

A:Yes.we are BSCl and SGS certificated factorv with 15 Years silicone product experience From the beginning to today and future,we have, we are and we will secure decent working conditions, fight against child labour, discrimination and forced labour.

Q4:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

A:We have our own designers in office. So you can provide JPG.Al. cdr or PDF, If you can provide stp or other 3D format, much better.

Q5:Could I use my own logo or design on goods?

A:Yes,silk printing, laser printing logo and customized package is available

Q6:What is the payment team?

A:30% T/T.70% balance before shipment.

Q7:How to place an order?

1. Order confirmed.

2. Customer makes 50% deposit after receiving our PI.

3.Factory produces the first sample with customer design or logo

4.Customer approves to start mass production

5. Mass Production

5. Customer arrange 3rd party or partner to do quality inspection

6. Supplier arranges necessary documents and sends copy of these documents

7. Customer pays balance payment.

8. Supplier will arrange shippment.
