Question 1: Can I get samples or trial order?

Yes, certainly.

Question 2: What's the sample fee? Can it be refunded in the bulk?

Sample fee depends on the sample model. It is refundable when you make an order of that samples.

Question 3: How about the shipping choice?

I will select most economical shipping method, ship it via UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT or other shipping companies.

Question 4: How to delivery the goods to my place?

We can help delivery by sea,by air and by express such as DHL,FEDEX,TNT UPS and so on. But we advice small quantity delivery by express.Because it cost much. Also if you have own forwarder or shipping agent, they can pick up parcels from our warehouse.

Question 5: Do you have a catalog or price list?

Yes, we can send you our catalogue with price list to check all details.

Question6: Can I customize or redesign the products?

Yes, of course. The OEM and ODM is available. I have own designers and engineers to do it. Also i have lots of customized designs.

Question 7: If I am urgent to get the order, can you do me a favor?

We will do our best to adjust the schedule.Our factory is very professional, have more than 10 years experience in glasses

production.

Question 8: What about the warranty?

We are very confident in our products, all the products will be double checking before packaging, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. Our goods warranty is 30 working days when goods received except people damadge or wear incorrectly, and we are always here to solve any problem.
