Q: How to ensure quality of goods ordered and after-sale service, safety of Payment from clients?

A; Products made are based on samples confirmed by clients and contract marked, and INPECT by Q.C. each step. Factory takes full responsibility WITHOUT TIMELINE if relevant problem about goods. SAFETY first, TRUST win to win situation.

Q: Do you know why many clients trust us? Because we are the only supplier can offer documents as below:

A: Confidentiality agreement. Full refund agreement. Quality assurance agreement. International trade Legal CONTRACT. Which Documents all with seal of company have legal force.

Q: May we have samples to confirm quality before ordering?

A; Surely regular samples without logo FREE are provided but shipping cost is at you end. 2 - 3 days samples time. But Custom designs print samples need to pay new set-up charge, and 3 - 5 days samples time.

Q: What is the OEM & ODM Service?

A; Accept OEM or ODM, Provide samples or artwork to us and then make new samples to confirm by clients.

Q: Do you inspect the finished products ?

A; YES, Each step of production and finished products are be inspected by QC Department, So pls don’t worry quality of products too much..

Q: Can you guarantee the delivery time ?

A; Dispatch goods on time as delivery time marked on Proforma Invoice or Contract. Compensate for client’s loss as rules If not dispatch on time, Let client be Consequences without worry.
