Q1: Are you factory or trading company?

A1: We are trading company with factory.

Q2: Do you accept small orders?

A2: Yes, we accept small order. We are glad to support small-sized business.

Q3: Can you send products to my country?

A3: Yes, we can. We are able to ship to worldwide buyers by air, express, and sea.

Q4: Can you do OEM for me?

A4: Yes, we accept OEM orders. Contact us and share us your OEM order requirements, we would start sampling ASAP.

Q5: What's your payment term?

A5: Our payment term is 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment for orders over US$10,000. 

And payment can be made by T/T (bank transfer),PayPal, etc.

Q6: How can I place the order?

A6: For  samples you can place order directly and we quote shipping cost later. For bulk purchase or OEM order, we will send you invoice for confirmation and arrange production after deposit received.

Q7: When can I get the quotation?

A7: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.

Q8: What's your delivery date?

A8: 3-5 working days for samples and 10-20 days for bulk order.
