1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are factory,our factory in Ningbo,and with our own holding factories in Jinhua.

2. Q: Can you provide free sample?

A: We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side.For customized sample,We will charge sample fee,

after place order,We will refund the sample fee.

3. Q: What's your MOQ?

A: For items in stock,1pcs is ok, for customized order,depending on different items.

4. Q: What products do you mainly supply?

A: We mainly supply kitchenware and houseware for daily use ,cookware pot,kettle,tray, plate,bowl,bucket etc.

5. Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Generally 3-4days after payment for stock

  25-30days after payment for customized order,It depends on the products quantity.

6. Q: Which port will you ship the goods ?

A: We offer price of EXW, you can choose delivery by air, vessel, or international express.Shipping port can be Ningbo,

Xiamen,Shanghai or Shenzhen.

7. Q: What’s the payment term.

A: Payment by  TT 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment.

8. Q: How to start order with you ?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit formal order .Finally, we arrange the production.
