Q1: Are your company a manufacturer or trading company?

A1: We are a manufacturer with years of exporting experience.

Q2:Can i add my logo on the product?

A2:Yes,we can add your logo on the product or package.

Q3:Can you make my designs?

A3:Yes,OEM is welcome,pls feel free to send us pictures or design files.If necessary,we can keep your design be protected under law.

Q4:What is your MOQ?

A4:The minimum order quantity is 100 pcs,and 1000 pcs for customized products.

Q5:How could I pay them?

A5:Paypal,Western Union,T/T and Alibaba Trade Assurance order are acceptable,so just let us know which is better for you.

Q6:Can we take free samples?

A6:sorry,we provide paid samples only,but when you order quantity is over 1000 pcs,we will refund the sample cost.

Q7:How long is the lead time?

A7:For the stock item,lead time will usually be 7 working days,and 15~20 working days for the customized or not in stock products.

Q8:Do you inspect the finished products?

A8:yes,Our QC will inspect the products for the production.

Q9:What is your Packaging?

A9:Our standard package is one set in per opp bag,but we can custom the package as your request.
